The Designer of Your Dreams
Let’s start with the pièce de résistance, our new designer. At the office, we joked the previous designer was like an airplane cockpit – ultra-capable, but ultra-complicated. The new layout walks you through a simple interface and stunningly accurate renderings.
Navigate to the new designer from any of our CIEM product pages via the ‘Order Now’ button. Then start designing your in-ears one simple step at a time. This step-by-step approach ensures each customization is deliberately made and the final design meets your exact specifications.
And when we say exact, we mean it! The colors and textures are so accurate, you may not be able to tell the renderings from a photo. Even our organic faceplates like woodgrain and abalone shell give you an idea of the natural variations you can expect from your actual IEM.
If you have any questions while designing, click the question mark icons peppered throughout the designer. These little info markers offer helpful answers, so you don’t have to stop designing when a question comes up.
Help Is Just A Click Away
If you are experiencing a problem with your IEMs, you might also notice our new way of submitting support requests. If the troubleshooting steps can’t resolve the issue, you can now submit a case ticket directly from your customer account. Just login to your account and create a case. These messages feed directly to our support team, so your issue gets resolved faster than ever.

Your account profile has a whole new look! See your profile and default shipping and payment information at a glance. You can also look over past orders, returns, re-orders, and quotes on repair work. This is also where you can create and monitor case tickets for support issues.
Many of these new features are made possible by a new system behind-the-scenes of the new website. However, this change means you may not see your past orders from the old website in your profile. Don’t worry! We still have all order records available and will continue to support your previous purchases. If you have any questions about previous orders, contact us.
The collapsed hamburger menu next to your account and cart icons hosts our secondary links. Here you’ll find our 64 Family page of artists, everything you need to know about how to order custom IEMs, a list of our authorized dealers, and more.
