Latest Update (6 of 6) – June 10th
Dear 64 Audio Family,
Thank you for your support during these challenging times. We are doing our very best to manufacture your most needed IEMs in the order that they were received in our queue.
On May 4, our Gov. Jay Inslee announced the 4-phase reopening plan for Washington state, and on May 29, he released an updated, county-by-county based “Safe Start” plan. The updated proclamation is here. At this time we are in Phase 2 for our county. As we meet the requirements for a safe and healthy workplace we can open our doors wider to allow all of our employees to return.
Until then, our dedicated team continues working from home as well as a small but necessary group operating within our facilities. In order to fully resume work within the walls of our laboratory we are continuing to monitor our workplace and add safety measures based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other government organizations.
Although we can’t say that the end is in sight, we know that by working hard and staying together (at least 6 feet away) we’ll make it all the way through this. We love you, 64 Fam!
Sincerely,
64 Audio

Latest Update (5 of 6) – May 8th
Dear 64 Audio Family,
Washington state’s stay-at-home order, issued March 23rd, was due to expire on May 4th. Governor Jay Inslee has since announced that he is formally extending the order to May 31st. For more details please visit the Proclamation of Extensions page.
64 Audio is still operating with the required restrictions to protect our customers and our employees. Our production teams are working from home to ensure that we can still serve our customers during these difficult times and to produce and ship CIEMs and Universal Earphone Products.
Custom IEM orders are being processed as well as ear impressions, and repairs in the order in which they were received. Due to the restrictions set in place on our staff for covid-19, orders are expected to be delayed.
We hope you stay safe and healthy, thank you for being a 64 Audio customer and for supporting our business during these difficult times.
Sincerely,
64 Audio
Latest Update (4 of 6) – April 21st
Dear 64 Audio Family,
Our very first update was nearly a month ago and we’re happy to say that we’re still up and about. It’s been an interesting few weeks. Most of our team has been temporarily released from duty while the remainder continues to work from home.
We are eager to bring our whole team back together and start building the orders that have come in during this time. Even now we have relocated equipment and supplies into the homes of several of our technicians in order to continue to serve you, despite not being fully operational. Until that time, we will continue to be available to you for questions, comments and support.
Thank you all for your support and engagement. You are our 64 Family and we love you!
Sincerely,
64 Audio
Latest Update (3 of 6) – April 3rd
Dear 64 Audio Family,
On Thursday April 2, 2020, our state’s Governor, Jay Inslee, extended his order shuttering non-essential businesses. The shutdown of our production facility will remain in effect until midnight on May 4th, 2020, unless extended by the governor.
During this unprecedented time we are facing never before seen challenges in our industry. But we hope and believe that the best days are yet ahead. Although the majority of our production has been halted we are slowly but surely fulfilling in-house orders. Until the restrictions are lifted we will actively seek ways to increase our output while maintaining the healthy guidelines for our communities.
Thank you all so much for your time and patience and for supporting us through it all. We love each and every one of you, our 64 Family!
Sincerely,
64 Audio
Latest Update (2 of 6) – March 26th
Dear 64 Audio Family,
On Monday March 23, 2020, our state’s Governor, Jay Inslee, ordered all non-essential businesses in Washington to close within 48 hours. This has led to the shutdown of our production facility. It will remain in effect until midnight on April 6, 2020, unless extended by the governor.
In light of this news we took immediate action and ramped up our production. By extending our working hours we were able to complete nearly all of the orders and service requests currently in process. Some of our team members continued into the night making sure that our customers would not be without their in-ears. We are very proud of them and their hard work over the last two days.
Although production is halted we are still able to meet a large portion of your needs. Our Customer Service and Support team is working from home during this time and they are available to process many of the requests you may have. It may seem dark right now but there are bright days ahead! In the meantime stay home, stay healthy, and be well.
Sincerely,
64 Audio

Any updates to production timelines will be provided as they occur. Your understanding is greatly valued while we closely monitor the current situation.
