Latest Update (2 of 3) – March 26th

Dear 64 Audio Family,

On Monday March 23, 2020, our state’s Governor, Jay Inslee, ordered all non-essential businesses in Washington to close within 48 hours. This has led to the shutdown of our production facility. It will remain in effect until midnight on April 6, 2020, unless extended by the governor.

In light of this news we took immediate action and ramped up our production. By extending our working hours we were able to complete nearly all of the orders and service requests currently in process. Some of our team members continued into the night making sure that our customers would not be without their in-ears. We are very proud of them and their hard work over the last two days.

Although production is halted we are still able to meet a large portion of your needs. Our Customer Service and Support team is working from home during this time and they are available to process many of the requests you may have. It may seem dark right now but there are bright days ahead! In the meantime stay home, stay healthy, and be well.

Update (1 of 3) – March 17th

Hello 64 Audio Family,

With the growing concerns of COVID-19, we are writing to tell you how this crisis is impacting 64 Audio and our customers. Although the impact has been minimal up to this point, we do anticipate a greater challenge as employees will not be able to come into work and vendors will not be able to supply materials.

64 Audio will do everything we can to maintain our delivery times and service levels to our customers, but there will most likely be factors outside of our control. Any updates to production timelines will be provided as they occur. Your understanding is greatly valued while we closely monitor the current situation.

We appreciate all the support over the years and we will continue to make customer service our first priority. At this time, all orders currently remain on their standard timeline. Thank you for taking a moment to read this message, our thoughts and prayers go out to anyone who may be experiencing difficulties in these troubled times.
